My insides have been professionally worked on and offers a custom cedar interior. I am healthy for my age as I had my AC replaced in 2006 and my hot water tank replaced in 2010. I do not have a job but I am very clean, energy-efficient, and well cared for. I ask that you bring little with you as I will provide you with all quality furniture and every item needed to give you a comfortable life. You must be able to contribute about $1100/per month, as that is what is required to pay for my lot rent, electric, water/sewer, cable, and home insurance. There are no additional HOA's or taxes.
