Lot rent $450/month, includes garbage (dumpster on site). $450 security deposit required ($850 total to move in). Each lot has full hook ups and is metered for water and power (50amp service available). Water is billed back to the residents by the park. You need to have the power initiated in your name and pay metered electric that you use. You can get Spectrum cable and Wi-Fi at your expense. Lot size 25 x 40 ft. Must be well maintained RV (or travel trailer/5th wheel). Lot comes with parking for ONE vehicle (if you have golf cart or motorcycle, this does not count as a vehicle).
