So the work needs work. The pictures pretty much tell the story. There was a concealed Tub leak, in the Master Bathroom. Only discovered when the floors started getting soft and the damage was done. The home is a 2 Br and 2 Ba, split plan. The roof seems good as there is no evidence of past or present leaks. The AC is about 6 yrs old and the home has Thermopane Widows, and a large Florida Room. Indoor laundry, Carport and storage Shed. A Deal Awaits someone willing to do the work!
